I came across the book in a book review or maybe it was a book award that I read. I liked the cover and the title. I was in a difficult time when I thought everything in my life was amazing, but still not feeling great.

I started reading and immediately started to get tears because I could really feel her pain and was able to really connect with the visualization and the reality of her world. It was smooth and kept me focused in the entire time.

Thank you for sharing and opening up what you have been through and the work and perserence that you went through to reach where you are now.

I am on the road to getting there but this book made me see that I am not there yet and I am not done.

Thank you for writing this and thank you for help me and I am sure so many other people. Just when you think you are doing great, you realize that there are some hurdles that you need to work through, but it can be done and thanks Pam.
