“This is seriously one of the best reads I have had in a while. I bought the book because a friend told me about how it helped her with some serious issues from her childhood.
I grabbed it at the local bookstore and read it. I have similar issues as an adult and wow, Pam, you really made me realize that I can work through this and get our on the otherside.
I would recommend reading this book if you have or even if you haven't had trauma in your life. It just sets you moving forward with incredible energy. Pam, great work!

“I came across the book in a book review or maybe it was a book award that I read. I liked the cover and the title. I was in a difficult time when I thought everything in my life was amazing, but still not feeling great.
I started reading and immediately started to get tears because I could really feel her pain and was able to really connect with the visualization and the reality of her world. It was smooth and kept me focused in the entire time.
