What Does It Take To Be A True Success?

What Does It Take To Be A True Success?
The Core To Success Is Knowing Your True Value
To me being successful starts with me and knowing my value. Then it’s about showing up every day with the mindset of I’m successful regardless of what the day looks like or the outcome is and doing that over and over again and staying confident that it will fall into place. Consistently and discipline are absolutely key when it comes  to any business. Those things coupled with with a commitment to connecting with people, building relationships and trust and adding value to people’s lives are the cornerstones of any business I am involved and immersed in. They are non negotiable.
I learned early on that if my focus was just about a check or payment my career would feel empty to me and probably not be as successful as it could be. It was always about how much can I do to to support someone as they navigate the process and what value can I add before, during and after the transaction. I made sure to pay attention to the tiny details and not just the business details but the details of each of my clients. I took the time to get to know them and their needs and how they operated. I believe my clients and I are part of an energy exchange and what I bring to the table directly affects how they respond. I become their anchor and trusted ally. My business is as much about houses and real estate as it was about people so understanding people and having compassion and empathy was paramount for me.
That doesn’t mean I couldn’t/wouldn’t be tough when needed but when I was it was highly respected bc of how I carried myself along the way.  Success starts way before the transaction begins or you sign a new client It was always about planting seeds, nurturing them and watering them so they grow and that started every morning with my rituals and mindset.
